The Sacred Valley tour commences at 7:00 am from Plaza Regocijo, but we pick you before from your hotel.
Upon everyone’s arrival, the group embarks on a 45-minute journey by car to Chinchero town. Here, you’ll explore an Inca temple, a colonial temple, and have the opportunity to visit a local family to learn about Andean textile handmade. Following Chinchero, the tour proceeds to Moray, known for its circular terraces, where you’ll have free time to explore and take photographs. Next stop is the village of Maras to witness the salt mines, observing the local salt production used in nearby markets. Following a visit to Urubamba town for a delightful buffet lunch, the journey continues to Ollantaytambo, the largest archaeological site in the Sacred Valley. Finally, the tour concludes with a visit to Pisac before returning to Cusco by approximately 6:30 pm.
